For kids aged 6-14, perfect for starting from scratch.

What will your child learn?

Control Combat Situations

Through fun games and dynamic training students learn concepts designed to subdue an aggressor.

Jiu-jitsu focuses on securing dominant positions, applying joint locks, and using chokes to achieve submissions.

The art encourages adaptability, allowing smaller individuals to overcome larger opponents through strategy, positioning, and technical execution.

In addition to controlling the fight, your child will also learn to mediate conflict.

Confidence & Discipline


Whether problem-solving in live drills, or adapting to unpredictable scenarios, students cultivate mental fortitude and emotional control.

This process not only sharpens their technical skills but also fosters a mindset of perseverance and adaptability.

Over time, the confidence they build on the mats carries into their daily lives, helping them approach difficult situations with clarity, discipline, and self-assurance.

MEET YOUR COACH

Coach Gene has numerous certifications in coaching and fitness. Having dedicated his career to condensing complex concepts into actionable training methods, Gene is a great coach for kids and adults alike.

In addition to being a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practioner and all-around athlete with a keen interest in sports science., he is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology.
