Your bones also get stronger when you lift weights and lower your chance of injury.
(Not like you can't already move a log, you'll just enjoy it a lot more when it feels like a feather)

Metcon takes your engine to its next level by putting it through high intensity scenarios.
You'll also work up a good sweat and possibly look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club after.

Martial Arts Programmes
It's grappling, with submission holds.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is beloved by many as a game of high-stakes problem solving.
Just ask Anthony Bourdain, pro surfer Kelly Slater, or Joris Merks-Benjaminsen, Head of Research at Google Benelux.
It's human chess. And it's a lot of fun, especially with our friendly classes where everyone helps each other out.
Muay Thai is a great way beat your frustrations while upgrading your brain.
You'll move, react and think a lot faster when our coaches are done with you.
You'll also be able to defend yourself like never before.

Some are powerlifters, Gold medalists in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, hobby rock climbers and surfers.
